    1. Use a flexible tape measure to check your measurements.
    2. Measure the circumference of your CHEST at its widest point, that is, around the chest under the armpits (the tape should not be tight).
    3. Measure the narrowest part of your WAIST (the tape should not be tight).
    4. Measure around your HIP (the tape should not be tight).
    5. Use the table with the Size Guide to determine which one is yours based on your measurements.


    • If you are between two sizes, order the smaller one so that the garment fits tighter or the larger one so that it fits looser.
    • If in doubt, it is advisable to always choose the next larger size.
    • If your measurements (Chest – Waist – Hip) correspond to two different suggested sizes, it is advisable to choose the size that corresponds to the chest measurement.
