Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

You can pay by bank card or bank transfer. Only payments in Euros are accepted. If you choose to pay by card, the charge will be made at the time of purchase. In case of payment by transfer, the order will be processed once payment has been received.

The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from when you receive the product or, in the case that the products are delivered separately, from when you receive the last of them. The costs of return and the responsibility for loss or damage during transport are the responsibility of the customer.

If delivery cannot be made, we will try to deliver the order to a third party or retry at a later date. If delivery cannot be made within 15 days, the contract will be deemed to be terminated and the amount paid will be refunded to you, less any additional costs.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the type of service selected. In some cases, such as orders to the peninsula over €100, shipping is free. For more details, see the Shipping Costs section in the Purchase Conditions.

Delivery times vary by location. For addresses in the Spanish mainland, the delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it may take up to 7 business days. International shipments take between 4 and 9 business days.

In case of return or size exchange of collection products purchased on www.hsportwear.com , the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are accepted only for collection items purchased directly from the official website, not from authorized distributors.

After examining the item, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund. If the procedure has been followed correctly and the products are new and unused, we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the cancelled order.

Customized products cannot be returned, except if they have manufacturing defects. In this case, HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU undertakes to refund the amount or replace the product.
