      Possible duties, taxes and other charges (for international shipments and those to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla) are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer*.

      If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests the return of the order, HORIZON will refund its value less the cost of shipping and subsequent return.

      Customized products are those that have been individualized by the client based on the patterns available in HORIZON, so that they are made according to the client's concept, e.g. in the design, the colors as well as the incorporation of logos.

      HORIZON sends the client a quote by e-mail, and mentions the general conditions, delivery and payment methods (to be able to deliver/pick up you must have 100% payment). The client has the budget and the conditions for verification and can send HORIZON their confirmation in writing or by email within 30 days of admission. Upon receipt of said order confirmation by the client, the contract is closed. The client will then receive a brief confirmation from HORIZON by email.

      Until the final version of the customization design is received (with the approval of the HORIZON design team) and payment confirmation (indicated in the quote), the maximum given delivery period for the products will not begin to run.

      Once the production of any personalized sportswear order at the factory is completed, in order to pick it up in store or send it to its destination, it must be paid in full 100%.

      WAY TO PAY

      You can use a bank card or bank transfer as a means of payment. In the case of payment by card, the total amount of the order, which will include the corresponding shipping costs, will be charged to the customer's account at the time of purchase.

      Payments are only accepted in EUROS.

      By paying by card and in the event that any incident occurs during the process (for example, the terminal reports that the card has been denied), the order will be canceled automatically.

      By clicking on “Pay” the user is confirming the payment of the order as well as that the bank card is theirs. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your bank card details will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, the order will be automatically cancelled, with the system informing the customer of said cancellation.

      HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU also offers you the possibility of making payment by bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, we will begin processing shipping (or manufacturing in the case of personalized products) once we have received your payment. This may take several days. If we have not received any payment within 12 calendar days of sending your order, your purchase will be automatically cancelled.

      Only transfer the exact amount specified in your order confirmation and make individual transfers per order, using the unique reference number on your order confirmation.

      We will not accept any payment method that is not included in these conditions of sale. Do not attempt to make a payment using any method other than those specified. If you do so, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise from this action.

      The order will be sent to the address you indicate once the payment of the total amount of the order has been confirmed. If the amount is not the total, HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU reserves the right not to send the order until it has been fully paid by the customer.


      The products will be sent to the address indicated by the user.

      The delivery time ranges between 24 and 72 hours (business days) for addresses on the peninsula and 7 business days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

      The delivery time for addresses outside Spanish territory ranges between 7 and 10 business days.

      The indicated deadlines will be respected as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
      Unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, labor disputes, serious supply chain problems, government actions, and any other event beyond the reasonable control of HORIZON SPORT WEAR SLU that affects the ability to comply with the delivery times

      The delivery time for personalized products is a maximum of 6 weeks from the order confirmation (designs and payment confirmation). If an express delivery service is contracted, the delivery time will be agreed individually with the customer.

      For standard products in stock, the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping area from the order entry and payment confirmation.

      The delivery period will be extended, without the need for communication from HORIZON, if the client has not complied with the payment obligation and delivery of the final design (with acceptance by HORIZON).

      In order to deliver/pick up any Personalized Sportswear order, it must be 100% paid.


      The merchandise will be the property of HORIZON until payment requirements are met.

      The customer is obliged to treat the merchandise with care until the change of ownership occurs and it becomes their property.


      The samples or sizes that HORIZON sends to check quality and size must be treated with care. Samples must be resent before the date established in the delivery note. An extension of this period is only possible with prior written agreement.

      The sending of the samples to the client will be carried out after deposit and verification of a deposit for an amount to be considered according to the value of the samples requested in writing.

      Shipping and collection costs for samples or sizes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

      If the samples are not returned and received in the same conditions as they were sent by HORIZON (no odors, stains, damages...) within the period established in the delivery note, an invoice will be issued for them according to the standard price of each garment according to the HORIZON price list in effect at the time of shipment. The value of the deposit will be retained as part of the payment for the samples.

      HORIZON reserves the right of ownership and copyright for the illustrations, designs, drawings, calculations and other files delivered to the client.


      If it is impossible to deliver the order to the indicated address, HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU will try to deliver it to a third party indicated by the client or retry its delivery at a later date. To do this, we ask that if you are not going to be at home, you contact HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU to arrange delivery on another day.

      If within 15 days, counting from when your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved.

      As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will return all payments received from the user, including delivery costs without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract resolved. Please keep in mind that transportation resulting from the resolution may have an additional cost, so HORIZON SPORT WEAR, SLU will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you.


      The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. Please return the item using or including all of its original packaging with all tags. Please do not remove the tags until you are sure you want to keep each item.


      In case of return and/or change of sizes in collection products, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

      If the return includes all or part of the purchase, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will refund the total amount of the purchase minus the shipping costs within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. we receive the canceled order.

      Online returns are only accepted for COLLECTION items purchased directly from www.hsportwear.com, not if a product was purchased from one of HORIZON's authorized distributors. In this case, contact the corresponding store to process the exchange or return.

      Personalized items will not have a return option.

      It is important to note that made-to-order or personalized products will not be eligible for returns unless they have manufacturing defects. We are committed to guaranteeing the quality of our products, and in the event that any item is defective, we will proceed to refund the full amount or provide a replacement, in accordance with the established policies and conditions.


      If you return the products to us because they are defective or the descriptions do not correspond to them, we will proceed to refund the full price of the products, along with the shipping costs derived from and the return of the item.


      The guarantee is based on legal provisions.

      Commercially and technically unavoidable tolerances in color, quality, material, weight and other finishes are not grounds for complaint by the customer.

      In textile printing, slight variations in tone, both in color tests and in subsequent delivery, are always possible and inevitable. HORIZON maximizes its efforts to reproduce the colors of the catalog (online or in brochures) and its website in the most realistic way possible. In particular, the colors that can be seen on the HORIZON website depend on the customer's screen settings, so HORIZON cannot guarantee a proper color comparison. This is why sending the HORIZON color palette on fabric is highly recommended.

      Control designs for production authorization and color printing must be thoroughly reviewed by the client. HORIZON is not responsible after authorization for errors unnoticed by the client.

      In the event of a claim, evidence will be sent to HORIZON for verification. These tests must be sent within three days, marking errors to facilitate review by HORIZON.

      HORIZON does not transfer guarantees to the client in the legal sense. Manufacturer warranties are not modified.


      HORIZON offers a free repair service in case of factory defects.

      Returning an item for repair:

      • Please wash the garment and make sure it is completely dry before packaging it. If not, it will be returned unrepaired.
      • Once your item is received, it will normally be processed within one week and a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not hear from us within that period, please email us info@hsportwear.com with complete shipping details.

      Note: We may void repairs if the damage is irreparable (e.g. stains, abrasions, scissor cuts or excessive damage) but an alternative solution will be offered where possible.

      This repair service will be offered within the legal period established by current regulations, which may vary depending on the jurisdiction.
